{House Talk} Surrender.

We gave up.
It was hard, working without a contractor.
There was just too much coordination and we were overwhelmed.

Especially when our coordination skills aren't that fantastic and the usual 'sequence' of house works are incorrect.
And that we can't paint without making the walls look blotchy.

We got ourselves a contractor in the end.
With all the important things like the installation of grilles and air conditioners done late,
our schedule will be delayed.

And we'll most probably shift only early 2012.


So much for trying to do everything ourselves so that we can shift fast.


And in case I jinx myself again, there will be no more {House Talk}s until the house is ready.
